Those nights when I can't sleep I drink a glass of skim milk and use it to chase down a thin slice of very dark pumpernickle bread. The protein in the milk and the complex carbs in the dense bread (don't try this with white bread, it won't work) slow the metabolism to a crawl and sleep comes more easily. I've been very scatterbrained lately and I'm not sure if I thanked you for supporting the Jog for the Jugs. Your kindness is greatly appreciated!
